How can I get 6 pack abs?
I have a slight outline of washboard abs right now except little to no definition in my lower abs. I’m very skinny and on a scale of 1-10 my abs are about a 4 … how may i get about a 7 in 3 weeks for the beach of course.

do crunches and sit ups.when you do your sit ups dont do the full extention do your reps half way from the ground to the upwards position then do reps from halfway up to sitting position.different things work for different people but this worked for me.
try doing crunches, or something. about a 500 throughout the day, but dont push yourself too hard.
Crunches, crunches and more crunches. When it comes to abs, a little pain isn’t a bad thing.
Forget the six pack! Go straight for the barrel look, it’s much easier to maintain, and you can eat anything that you want.
