In order to get visible abs ("six pack"), a male person must get his body fat to 10 percent. A female needs to be 15 percent or less. Your weight will vary, but it could conceivably be toward the upper range of the BMI normal range since in order to have visible abs, you need to increase your lean muscle mass. Lean muscle weighs more than fat tissue, so you could be smaller but weigh more than a person with a higher body fat percentage.

uhh i have no idea how much you weigh now but i mean…just do like 50 situps every day and do planks and leg lifts and what not. you may have some fat coverin up those ripped abs so lay off the fatty foods and soda. stick to eating healthy. theres too many benefits from it

You didn’t mention if you were male or female.

Either way, quoting the dude from the abs diet "abs are made in the kitchen". Which means eat smaller portions, eat more meals a day 6 small meals a day. Build muscle (whether you are a girl or boy). And finally, do some crunches.

Big misconception: do 200 crunches a day and you’ll get abs..NOOOOO, instead burn calories by building muscle, weight train. Muscles burn more fat than cardio workouts such as running.

If you burn fat, your abs will be more visible, that layer of fat on top of your abs will disappear.

eat smart and healthy, have cheat days. ex. eat pizza 3 times a month instead of everyday for lunch.

But most importantly, be consistent and stick to your plan.

It all depends on your frame, dieting, and whether your bulking up or getting toned.
If your going to also get pecks going and arms then your going to be bulking up, get creatine and some protein powder (both can be bought at walmart, although better quality is available at GNC for more $) start loading up on proteins, meats, beans, stuff like that, eat protein bars, but dont rely on them for your main source of proteins.
This will let you bulk your 6 pack up faster as you’ll have all the ‘materials’ needed for muscle growth in your body, just waiting to be worked out.
If your not bulking up then you mostly just need to get on a light routine with a palates ball, they allow more angle, and are easier on everything, plus your can do more then afew workouts on one.
If you focus on mostly crunches and curls, anything moving the midsection, sides, and back will tone the stomach up.
Dont stress a totally hardcore diet and workout plan unless you can go into it with proper nutrition, as your muscles will be needing it, or you wont see any substantial gains, you will just tone up until you hit a plateau, then it will just be maintenance until you get some supplements.
    Hope that helps :)
