How can I build up abs and chest quick!?
I’m 16 years old. All I want is to build up my abs -get a 4 pack at least- and build up my chest. My body is in perfect shape, thank god I ain’t fat! But my chest seems to be uneven, as if the left side is a bit more wider and muscular than the right….please, I need help! By the way, when I say a "quick way" I mean in 2 weeks! Thanks in advance to anyone who answers seriously.

If you’re already in shape, the best way to make your abs pop is to lower your body fat % below 10%. To accomplish this, you’ll need to burn any excess fat with an effective ab diet and a full-body workout with plenty of cardio (not just ab and chest exercises).
For your diet, be sure to eat plenty of lean proteins (e.g., chicken) and lots of fiber (e.g., whole-grain bread, nuts, etc.). Also, drink plenty of water (at least 8 8-ounce glasses every day), and avoid carbonated (and alcoholic) drinks.
For your cardio, you’ll want to perform 30 minutes to an hour of high-intensity (i.e., in the high range of your target heart rate zone) activities.
You don’t want to work your abs/chest every day because your body needs time to recover. But when you do work your abs, be sure to use efficient exercises (e.g., the Bicycle Maneuver, Captains’ Chair, etc.) instead of inefficient crunches/sit-ups.

hey man,
if you already are in good shape and dont need to lose wait all you have to do is focus on what you want developed. you want your abs and upper body.
if your left side is more muscular, you probably are left or use your left side more. this is equaled out by applying the same weights on both sides. for your right side it will be harder but in time it will equal itself out.
training with your own body weight is the best so try doing good amounts of pushups. try this http://hundredpushups.com/ for a good pushups schedule. this will boost your upperbody
to focus on a six pack try to have little to no fat at all surrounding your abs. if your body is in perfect shape and have no fat focus on the muscle and try doing lots of crunches. lots and lots and lots of crunches to shape your stomach muscles.
‘the less fat, the more visible the abs’ so if u still do have a little try more conditioning workouts. those tend to work well.
be creative in making your schedule and try to know your limitations in how much you can do.
in 4 weeks you can get well ripped with the right mindset
