How can a thirteen year old girl get abs?

Okay.. im a thirteen year old girl, i play volleyball 2 hours a day 3 days a week. Right now i have a little bit of stomach fat. I am going to hawaii in december, and i would like nice toned abs. Can you maybe make me a daily workout plan and diet.. or give me some tips!

    Eat less calories but still eat healthy, your body is designed to take in less food.
    Along with eating less, start working out more, your body will look to your stored up energy for energy.

    From what I’ve heard you don’t just lose fat in a certain area, it is distributed around your body and used up from all over your body.
    After losing enough fat some muscle should start to show, of course you’d have to have stronger ab muscles for them to show, aka work out your abs.
