How can a teenager gain 6 pack abs?
I’m working out everyday by doing 100 crunches and 15 minutes of running. Is this good enough to get 4/6 abs? If no, what can I do to gain those abs?

you can do crunches,side crunch,push throughs,hands under the butt and push legs up,hands under the butt and legs up and pull your knee towards your chest and many more
