How can a skinny guy get abs?
Im a 15 year old male, about 100 lbs. I’ve been working out for a few years and I haven’t seen any results. I feel a six pack but its not showing. What are the best foods should I eat? How much rest should i get? What exercises should I do for my ab muscles to show?

lol i’m about the same age about the same weight for some reason i do i have six packs yet i barely do sit up usually all i do is just sit down watch tv and stuff like that . . . i suggest do as manny sit ups as you can and do any actives that works out your stomach
for your growing age, you need to eat lots of protein rich foods.. these will help build up those muscle.. but also remember to have a well-balanced diet that is fit for your age.. don’t worry hard work pays off! good luck!
