make sure you eat healthy fruits, veggies, nuts, fiber
(abs are more about what you eat and less about the crunches)
run 5 miles a day
do 25 reps of each ab exercise you could think of
lift weigts for toned arms, legs, and back
i was already in shape when i started this regime and it’s been 2 months now and my abbs show when i flex them
but my stomach is pretty hard and flat
You can’t. It would take extensive weight training, and probably would not be healthy. A fourteen year old hasn’t finished growing yet, they aren’t meant to have such developed muscles.
