well im only 14 and i havent ever been over weight but i do know about how to help you though. im sorry but diets dont work, i mean they do but not so good. the only way true way to get slimmer is by eating healthy and working out. try not to eat alot of food with chemicals, or alot of sugar. and try eating veggies, fruits, and things that have protien. but you also want to watch the fat on somethings. when your cooking try not to use alot of butter and oils. oh and eat breakfast right when you get up, every meal has to be healthy. its oh k to have some sweets every now and then but not every day, try about once a week. and try to go to the gym atleast three times a week, and you can do at home things. like crunches, try to do 60 at a time and do about 5 set of thoughs, and do push ups to work you arms, and sqauts for your legs, before you know it your belly will start feeling tight in no time. believe me, if you stick with what im saying it will work, this is how i stay healthy and in shape! i hope this helps for you!
Yeah just dont eat any meat that has more than 12 grams of fat dont eat any Grain products with more than 6 grams of fat Dont eat any Dairy products with more than 6 grams of fat and Dont eat junk food
