Going for my six pack. Any recommendations of diet and exercise plans?

I am 5′7” and 125lbs. I work out at the gym religiously 6 days a week. I have been doing kick boxing twice a week as well and yoga then the other days I do the elliptical for an hour and tread mill for half an hour alternating between jogging and sprinting every minute. Im trying to get a six pack by bikini season. Im close but not quite there. My eating habits are pretty good. Any suggestions??

    Leg raises
    Lay on your back, arms at your side, raise legs about 6 inches, open, close, repeat 8-10 times
    Rest
    Repeat for 3-4 sets
    Incline crunchies, but make your left elbow touch your right knee, then right elbow touch left knee
    20 reps, rest
    repeat until you have done 100 reps

    next, when Abs have developed, get a tan, a black bikini, a little make up, send me a photo :-)

    Abs look great on any girl or woman, but are harder to get, due to a female composition, they carry more body fat than a man (unless a bloke likes his beer, then he doesnt have a six pack, he ends up with a barrel)

    Drink lots of water, no junk food. If you have a craving, eat a small piece of dark chocolate. Excersice an hour after you eat.

    You are already doing pretty good.

    I’ll suggest to keep on working and eating healthy. for nice abs or course emphasize on abs. Pilates exercises are pretty good for that.

    I particularly love chocolate diet. I find it easy to follow

    u dont need one, your a girl
    i personally think girls look better without a 6pack
    just a normal flat stomach

    You will need near your minimum body fat percentage to see your abdominal muscles (for women it’s around 16%, any lower and you risk serious health problems). Also work those muscles, do weighted crunches.

    In order to gain the best body composition possible, I would say to follow the Primal Blueprint. It was created by Mark Sisson, a health and nutrition expert, well known in the fitness, diet, marathon, triathalon, and iron-man circles. It gives a great description of how many carbs, how much protein, and how much fat to intake, while explaining how to exercise and when. Mark has a daily blog with all the information you could need called Mark’s Daily Apple. Following this got me a six-pack… Good luck!
