get hot 6 pack abs?

i’m a 13 year old girl. and i want a 6 pack of abs… does anyone no a fast and safe way to get them…..if this helps i’m 106 lbs. and 4"11 ………….. any1 have any advise?

    Right firstly i have checked you BMI ( body mass index) and its 21.4, which is ideal.

    What you want to do is build up some abs underneath then work at showing them off.

    Then to rid yourself of the fat over your stomach, you will need a handful of cardio. This is things like running , skipping, dancing, boxing etc. heres a good workout for you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJYlQY2pI0c&feature=user. change / progress workout every 6 weeks to get results and keep interest.

    Everyone has a 6-pack, it just gets covered by pop tarts and jelly beans. Cut down on simple sugars, eat more complex carbs and exercise 20-30 miuntes (preferably running), 3 times a week. Stay hydrated and the flab will dissappear and reveal the abs.

    Eat healthy and protein. Make sure you do twenty sit ups 3 times a day. Make sure you do the sit ups within a minute. Eat healthier, less junk and candy bars. Drink less soda and eat more vegetables and chicken (not fried but grilled). You will see them
