Get a six pack and build up biceps from home?
I want to work out from home to get six pack ab’s and have larger biceps. What should I do? I have under 8% body fat so I don’t think I need to do any cardio. I can see lines for my ab’s very faintly when I look in the mirror so I just want to make them more obvious. And bulk up my arms. Any suggestions?

for six do ab work (sit ups, bicycle kicks, planks, etc.).
for biceps you can do pushups, pull ups, buy dumbbells for home use…
just make sure you eat healthy and GIVE YOUR MUSCLES TIME TO REST before intense use of them again

in and out – sit on floor with hands at sides, knees bent with feet on floor. raise feet off the ground and bring knees in towards your chest. straighten legs back out and repeat movement. To increase difficulty, raise arms straight over head.
seated bicycle – sitting in same position as in an out, make small circles with legs as if pedaling a bicycle.
Fifer scissor – lie flat on your back, extend one leg skyward, while lifting opposite leg off the floor a few inches. alternate legs in scissor motion for a 3-count hold for every rep.
mason twist – seated, clasp hands together and raise feet 4 to 6 inches off the ground. twist upper torso from side to side, touching knuckles on each side of floor
