Get 6 pack abs? How long?
I want to get 6 pack abs, doing basic cardio and push ups, sit ups ext.
Im planning to push my self to the limit twice a day fo r about 5 mins per time.
Im 5′7, 118 pounds, 16 and a girl
I know its impossible to know exactly but approximately how long would u say

Never. It’s not very likely you will get 6 pack abs from doing basic cardio and push up and situps and pushing yourself to the limit!

His general advice is to focus on high-intesity workouts – not 2-hour long cardio sessions, but high intensity sessions. If you want 6 pack abs you also need to look carefully at your diet and focus on eating more nutrient-rich food and cutting down on highly processed and fast food that most people eat morning, noon, and night. (The secret to having a a flat stomach is what you put in your stomach!)
After you do that, be patient, and keep some perspective – if you are 5′7" and 118lb you are not overweight, and you’re value doesn’t come from your appearance or other people’s opinion of you anyway – you are precious in God’s sight whether you have a six pack or not!
