Any exercise will help. With each different one you also work out different muscles or the same ones in different ways.

do multiple ab workouts, and they should get tone… look em up online, theres like 20 and just pic 2 or 3 to do like, i would say every other day before dinner or before bed.
a good basic one could be
    20 crunches, 3 sets
    20 leg raises, 3 sets
    30 situps, 3 sets
this way your doing upper and lower… if you wanna get technical, you can get those curvey lines that cum up by ur waist line too (chicks dig, guys think cool)
… that could be alot, but you HAVE to improve by atleast say, 2 reps each week or your gains will get smaller, i.e., 10 reps of each this week, 11 next week, 13 next, 15 next… untill u can do 3x of 30 for each, your abs will be ripped in like, 1-2 months depending on your bf%

  • Dieting Is Retarded says:

yeah you can get pretty strong but you can get stronger abs with weights. just make sure you do more reps every workout

  • Eric says:

Why isn’t crunches with added weight an option? a gallon milk jug filled with water held with your arms stretched straight out over your head makes a HUGE difference
