Effective weight loss and getting six pack abs?
I have been on a regiment for 3 months now and have lost 35 pounds. I do weight lifting 3 times a week and do ab exercises. My stomach is still flabby and I have a ways to go. I drink pretty much only water, with the occasional diet soda once or twice a month. I dont eat a lot of sugars but i do eat some and i eat healthy and keep under 1500 calories. Is this good after 3 months? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get tighter abs? Anything I can do to make the weight loss go faster? Or am I at the right pace? Any help would be great and thank you in advance.

mmm I would recommend that you eat more food…around 2500 calories since you’re a dude…congrats on your weight loss so far. I think that you should vary your exercises to include biking and/or running…this exercise will tone up your abs and other regions on your body which are not actively worked on when completing weightlifting. it does take time but i’m sure you will see desirable results within a few more months..good luck!

GOOD WORK!! Congratulations. Try doing crunches, and also do reverse crunches. The stomach is the hardest thing to loose.
All that diet and exercise is creating a lot of cellular waste in your body which clogs us up and prevents weight loss and tight skin. 2 sites to check out soakawaythepounds.com and reinventyourbody.com, be sure to check out the story of the sumo wrestler who lost 130 pounds on that one. Used products from both, excellent! Good Luck!
