I do 50 of these on a daily basis. I start with a set of 30 and then two sets of 10.
I count one for each two. that helps
I weight 100lbs , and I’m a girl, how many crunches can I normally do at a time ?
& Do i just keep my hands on the floor to support my body or do they go on my hips?

my abs hurt when i stretch is that a good sign>?
I would do 12 to 15 reps and three sets… Once that starts getting easy then you can add some extra resistance like ankle weights to your feet or be rsting a weight plate across your chest.
Eventho i got sixpack i find this exercise hard to do :s
