Does anyone know how to get awesome pecs, biceps and six pack abs?

I know it will take time to do this, buy what exercises should I do? I mainly want to workout my upper body. I have the bowflex would that help me gain muscle? Which workouts should I do and how many sets and reps? For the abs I know I have to loose fat so they’ll will show so Im going to run and swim and watch what I eat. Is that all I should do for the abs?

    you should do the "8 minute abs" and "8 minute buns" to get your abs and do push up’s for your pecs and life a lot in different ways for your biceps

    Accept yourself like you are now, point out the good stuff rightt now and be active playing durning the present. Just have fun, dont stress yourself KNOWING YOUR DOING THE EXERCISE. just be happy, play, dont worry about it too much. You may see a more Handsome you in a few months/weeks/days.

    4 main things you can do to work on all those thing

    1.Buy a chin-up bar, this is one of the best general exercises which works on all of your upper body,just make sure when you do them you have your palms facing away from you else its easy.
    2.Pushups, simplest exercise which needs nothing, make sure ur back is straight and you go all the way down, works on arms , different arm positions work on different muscles
    3.Situpps, agian simple , needs nothing extra this will work on your abs
    HOWEVER, everyone has 6pack abs(excercise will tone them more) BUT there hidden underneath a layer of skin and fat, you need to burn the fat off your stomach to truly show ur abs off
    4, Benchpress,Easy excercise to work on you pecks, you should be able to do a good 8 reps max on a weight, if you can do more than pump up the weight, really useful site link below which really gives you alot of infomation , have fun & good luck ! :)
