well im 13 and im preety ripped i have actually a 12 pack i work out every single day for 30 minutes do pull ups lift weights,go to youtube and type in how to get a sixpack and check out them videos but my goal is work out till i cant no more but well thats me and make sure after ur done take a shower or else ull get acne from all that salty sweat but good luck and try to do a sport like soccer or football i do both but good luck and dont give up
