in my opinion the ab wheel is good…so you say you’ve skinny, so if you’ve got a little body fat all you have to do is work the muscles for the 6 pack to show. don’t work your muscles twice a day…they won’t grow and will even get smaller. work abs every 2 days or so, it’s a muscle too so don’t overwork it. i work every muscle group once a week. day 1 chest and back, day 2 biceps and triceps and forearms, day 3 shoulders and traps, day 4 legs. i train 4 days a week. and do abs about 3 times a week.
try putting a weight on your chest and doing crunches to work the muscles so they get bigger, as you said you’re skinny so all you need to do is get the muscles bigger. but to answer the question, the ab wheel is good, it’s one of my favorite ab exercises.
Don’t know what you are talking about, but I assume it is some exercise equipment, probably advertised on tv. I would say 99% of those gymicky things don’t work. After all, if one type of equipment worked, why would they need to k eep inventing new stuff, wouldn’t they just stick with the equipment that works. Plenty of the ads say you get a 6 pack fast, trust me, in real life that doesn’t happen. If it was possible to get a model body in 3 minutes per day, why are athletes sweating it out for hours to become superfit, have hot bodies etc. Also, if it was that easy, we’d all have super sexy 6 packs!
