Do you think I can get ripped six pack abs in 12 weeks?

Seriously do you think it’s a achievable goal?
I am 22 years old male. I have control over what my diet consists of, and I am 5′11 155lbs and 14% bodyfat.

    Once you lower your body fat down to around 8% and do an intense ab workout every other day for 12 weeks straight, yes it’s entirely possible.

    so if you want a six pack you have to hav 2-5 percent body fat, so you need to lose 16-18 pounds.

    k your goal to lose this weight will take you 2.5 to 3 months. i know it sounds long and your hear saying they lose weight faster than that but thats the exercise(weight loss) myth. plus remember, thats what you hear….. you’ll see as i explain. illlet you see how at the end of this.

    k heres your goal stuff

    Daily Value(or DV): 2500 calories

    Lose 2 pounds a week for the first 6 weeks: -500 from DV + 30-45 minutes of DAILY CARDIO(-500)

    CARDIO(such as jogging): is important for boosting your metabolism and elevating your heart rate, key factors for how fat is burnt, and muscle is built, that is if your a gym person but your tryna get nice abs, always have cardio by your side everyday.

    After those 6 weeks are up you’re now slimmer, so your daily value will drop to 2000, so now you need to lose 1 pound a week: 2 options, -500 from your NEW DV(of 2000) or you can maintain that DV and just do 30-45 minute daily cardio to burn those 500 calories instead.

    after this is all put behind you your six pack will start to show, ok now the ab workouts, you can even do this right now while your losing the weight, cause the whole point of getting abs is eat less.
    abs ussually take 2 to 3 months to look good when you work them out.

    ok since you want ripped abs im going to skip the whole nice slim little abs thing, you dont need to know that. to get chizzled abs you do this workout, the point is to use weight thats how they get ripped.

    AB WORKOUT…. do this work out once every 4 to 6 days so your abs have time to heal and because you used weight.

    *crunches: put weight behind you neck and do 6-10 reps.
    *crunches: drop the weight in half and continue your crunches till you get tierd then switch to bicycles.
    *crunches: after you finished your bicycles drop all the weight and continue as many crunches you can, then when your tierd and beat switch to bicycles again.
    planks: after you did everything there do 30 second planks, look themm up ongoogle if yo dont know what planks are but there super easy dont worry, its just so you flexing your abs for a perfect workout at the end.

    THIS is all at one time, it a 1 big routine, after you did all this, give your self 3-5 minutes rest and repeat this process 2 more times, this should be a total 30 minute workout.

    you can do this all by yourself.

    OK HERES THE MYTH: if someone we’re to lose 5 pounds a week, thats 17500 calories a week, exeeding there daily value that they need to function, by a mile, lowering there metabolism(preventing them from losing more weight) and puting them through starvation mode. thats why its a myth to lose that much every week. companys tell everyone anything to convince them they can lose that kind of weight. as for just normal people in general, there dumb lol nuff said. and thats also why you dont take fat burning pills. there 100% scientificly impossible and comeplete bulllshh……. cardio elevates your heart rate and boost your metabolism, thats exactly how fat is burnt and those are the key factors nothing else. this isreal life thats how our bodys work, this isnt disny land where you can make a magic pill and lose like 10 pounds in 2 weeks lol ok man?!?!???!!

    If you thicken your abs your shouldn’t need to go below 10% bf to show abs but that depends on your genetics. try thickening your abs using weights
