Do you think everyone should have a 6 pack abs?

Really, I think it’s an awesome way to look at your fitness. Unless you have a 6 pack, you’re not eating well enough and working out hard enough. I think it’s a good goal, have a 6 pack all your life unless you’re pregnant. And it’s a pretty good long term goal, I mean even if it takes you 5 years, it’s pretty motivating to keep working out knowing that one day you’ll look that good.

I was in the same situation and I got great abs and fine muscles using Six Pack Abs

    Ok…yeah you’re cool.

Not everyone has a perfect body, and only about 5 people I know have a six pack.

  • chris k says:

    no

  • Angiee says:

having a six pack may let your body look great but you may not feel yourself inside

  • maddymay says:

    wow vain

  • Raz0rd says:

this world was made to have variety
and you can distinguish lazy people from active

  • G-rat Nation says:

thats retarded, pretty sure football linemen are fit and they dont have 6 pack abs

  • Matrix-Keep Me Plugged In! says:

First of all some people no matter how hard they work or how well they eat their six pack will not be as well defined as others because of genetics.

Some people don’t do crap in the gym and they have a perfect six pack. A six pack is not an indicator of a high fitness level. You have no idea what you are talking about. Educate yourself.

I think girls with defined six packs are kinda.. ehh.. And six packs don’t look good on everyone.

  • hakktheplanet says:

Wrong. I’ve had a six-pack my entire life and I eat horribly and barely exercise. It’s probably not a good way to judge your fitness. If you exercise as much as you like and are happy with the way you look and eat and it’s not killing you, I say stick with it.

i don’t think everyone has to have a 6 pack. that doesn’t show true health.

    being heart healthy is important.

i think ALOT of people could lose the tire around the waist and have a minimal amount of fat on the abs. i read in women’s health that if you lie down on your back, put your hand over the fat that is around your belly button, and it feels like you are pregnant, that is the amount of fat around your heart. no thanks, i will stick with eating right and not really trying to achieve a 6 pack but maintaining a healthy body fat %

  • Zack S says:

what about powerlifters that need to be strong and not have a six pack. or a ufc fighter, theyre well conditioned but most donot have a six pack. and just because you have a low bodyfat percentage does not mean you are healthy by any means, it just means you have lower body fat. look at long distance runners, do they all have a six pack? no, but they are conditioned right? honestly, this is a ignorant question, and i donot mean being rude, but being uneducated.

  • John S says:

Not really. I think everyone should be in at least decent physical shape and remain active. But six pack abs is for those that take exercise a step up. I actually think people would be bored with the idea fast if every guy in the world had six pack abs. Stay active but leave the body building for the ones that want that.

  • Smile says:

sure in a perfect world we would all have six packs and a million bucks but life just doesn’t always work out the way we want it. a lot of people have problems that keep them from getting those perfect abs. genes play a huge role as well as thyroid problems. now i realize not everybody has those problems and most people are just lazy but like i said, it is not a perfect world. but i hope to slowly change that by not only becoming a personal trainer but by also becoming a registered dietitian. this way i can help lead people towards the right path and become more healthy. maybe not necessarily get those perfect abs but become a healthier person in general.

  • billranger3754 says:

No, it depends on the persons life style & how they take care of them self.

  • Roy Hoopz says:

First of all, 6 pack on everyone would be ugly, there would be no challenge in your health. And why do you think having no 6 pack means you don’t eat well? Some people don’t have time to work out or eat right, some people are too poor to eat right and some people are given bad food by their parents and their parents never taught them how to eat right. If you got a 6 pack, good for you, but honestly, you’re not getting all the girls because you’re acting like a dick

  • Gr33n Llama says:

i think people that are chubby or fat
    don’t care about themselves .
so if your in good shape good for u

  • AliSa DaNiElle? says:

  • will says:
