Do you have to be fat and then work out to see better results in your six pack abs? or can u be skinny?

I’m wondering…would skinny people still get the same results as fat people who then worked out? will the skinny person’s abs look pretty much the same? or would he look bony and anorexic? cuz i’m pretty skinny so i bought weights and a ball to work out..i’m wondering do i need to eat first?

    well its easier to see abs if ur skinny/skinnier

    of course if ur too skinny then it’ll look like ur boney and anorexic.

    it depends what u want really. to be honest its easier for a big person to get that looks ,cause the body developed the muscles to support there weight. it take 3 times longer and harder for a skinny person to get that build to look stacked.

    what u need to do is do cardio one day and lift weights the other under 50 pound for cut and over is for bulk but u need to do a lot of reps and the other thing is u have to choose one of pushing or pulling because it shows different deification.

    eat 6 very small meals a day instead of 3 due to the body using the food eat every 3 to 4 hrs eat mostly chicken or fish no junk like fast food a lot of fruits and vegetables no sugar drinks like juice or pop drink a lot of water so it can help ur digestive System stay away from starch unless ur working out

    I think it would be easier for a skinny person. Just work out your abs (and other muscles to stay proportional), and eat foods rich in protein…Or you could buy some protein shakes from the store. Creatine can help build muscle, too. After you put on a little muscle, do high reps at low weights to get nice, toned muscles.

    It’s easier to get them if you’re already thin. You should eat lots of healthy food to gain weight.

    PS: Not everyone can get abs because of their genes.

    i reckon it is easier to be fat and get abs. Losing fat is easier than putting weight on. If ur skinny and u have abs, wen u tense it will be likely that ur ribs will show. In this poll i read most women says that having abs is attractive but ur ribs sticking out is a turn off. So if ur skinny and u have abs u need to eat lots and workout ur muscles. Overall either way still works but skinny people takes longer.

    either way works but in ur case u will have to put some kilograms on to cover ur ribs. Most women think ribs sticking out is a turn off.
