Do I really need to have a diet plan to get a six pack?
All i intend to do is just lose the fat through excersise and stuff but still eat normally,only difference is to eat a little less than ussual
But do I really need to take a serious diet for a six pack?

you should focus intently on your diet. limit carbs drastically and increase your protein intake with a bar or a shake. lots of water and lots of cardio.
the cardio will make the bodyfat drop so the abs are more visible.
to get a six pack you need to lower your body fat percentage. So its more about dieting than exercise.
