close to getting a six pack( abs)?
i think im quite near getting a six pack because when i tense i can see all the 6 abs i just have some flab(not much flab just when i slouch down it sticks out) there so i cant see it.
about 6 days a week i do a 30 minute run at fast speed on tredmill. im going to cut out all chocolate out my diet and eat more protein and fruit. how long would it take so the abs show all the time when im standing up or doing anything..? i also do lots of weight training.

Dont listening to the guy above me, clearly does not know what he is talking about, You don’t have to even workout you abs to have a six pack, the only reason you want to have abs is just to get them stronger so when you get hit in the stomach it wont hurt.
Let start by saying that you have a good routine going on but let’s try something else, keep on eating all the stuff your eating protein ect.. But for the arobics try walking just go for a couple of hours instead of the fast paced running, (Walking makes you lose fat just as fast), ( jogging makes you lose fat and works out the heart through so it makes it harder), (running lose fat, works out heart, builds muscle extremely hard). But my point here is that you can actually lose more fat by walking becuase you can do it so much longer. Well good luck and actually try the walking you will be surprised.
Seems like know you need to start working out your abs vigorously 3-4 times a week, as long as you are doing that cardio and eating a healthy diet, you could get those results in 4-6 weeks depending on you
