I’m thirteen, and I have this little fat pouch on the bottom of my stomach that’s very annoying. It’s not terrible, and I know it’ll be gone once I start swimming in the fall, but right now swimming isn’t an option. I eat pretty much healthy (not super healthy, but I have a good diet for a teen) and I go on the elliptical for thirty minutes a day, but I’m seeing nothing. I want this belly fat substantially eliminated by a month (it doesn’t need to be all of it, and no, my abs don’t need to be firm, my stomach just needs to be flat).

I exercise 6 days a week in gym and run for 10 mins everyday, and walk 20 mins. My physique is improving but cant seem to get rid of belly fat. I drink 7/8 glasses of water, eat fast food once a week and consume healthy foods (eg: salad, cereal, protein shake, Cliff bars, Cranberry/Orange Juice, Eggs etc.). Can I lose the belly fat without running? I hate it.

I am not diabetic but I might be heading there based on how much my sugar swings. Has anybody in this type of situation been able to knock off that darn pad of belly fat? Last year at this time I was 12 lbs lighter.

I don’t eat that much but my sugar goes up to the 130s and then crashes to the 80s and I’m guessing this is causing my fat to build up and not go away.

This seems to be simply from avoiding meat and eating fruit or honey and low-fat ice cream at times. I hardly eat any fat. But I’m getting fat anyway.

After years of being slightly underweight, I’ve finally put on 20 lbs. Unfortunately, I earned the extra weight through a steady collegiate diet of beer and pizza. I’ve never had breasts before (they’re now a B) but I love them, as well as my new hips.

I try to start a crunch or sit up. I can’t even get into position! I try to do one crunch, and my head and chest go up, but the other parts of me stay down…and my legs are propped up. I’ve tried this on my bed, and that’s when I atleast go that far up. On the floor with my legs under a table, only my head makes it off the floor. Im male, 17. Im starting a 90% vegan diet (%10 meat,fish,chicken) and drinking water ONLY. No junk food, fast food, soft drinks, or excess fats or sugars.

-elbow to knees(twisted crunches) (50)
-ankle touches (50)
-planks (1 min)
-side planks (1 min each arm)
then i repeat each

I am 13 years of age and over the last what, 3-4 days have been trying to achieve those dream abs! I do plenty of cardio everyday – badminton/jogging/boxing, and also do 100 normal and reverse crunches along with lot’s of bicycle and leg lifts. I am on quite a strict healthy diet, eating plenty of fruit/veg/cerial and drinking lot’s of water.

I am trying to achieve the 6 pack before the 19th, which gives me 19 days from now before I go on holiday.

Something that’s had me wondering: When lying down and by lifting my neck up just the slightest I get that dream six pack, literally, but when I tense while standing up I can only achieve a 4 pack and if I’m lucky, the outline of a six pack. I’m wondering if I am tensing wrongly, if someone could describe the exact way to tense properly that would be greatly appreciated!

Estimations on how long it will take me following this routine and of course, more suggestions to improve my workout would also be great!

Workout – my coach gave me 1 (phase I and II ) constists of lunges , weights such as bench deadlifts , front bridges , pullups , and some stuff with dumbels.
- I added some Ab workouts such as laying down move feet like a bike and left oposite eblows to knees
- also lay down 6 inch off ground ur feet go up and crunches and stuff

- Im 5′6 ish maybe a little bit taller.
- Im about 132 Pounds

Also! When i crunch I can see My top 4 six pack abs.. only when i crunch.. Im trying to get some fat off the bottom part of my stomach.. Its not noticable with shirt on but without its just a little bit like a couple of pounds off my stomach. Please help me by
1. New lower stomach workouts
2. Best foods for six pack

I’ve been goin to the gym for about 1 year now and my abs are better than they used to be as I used to weigh 16 stone and at the moment I weigh 12.5 stone. I always wanted a six pack……..if any could advice me on a good website. And is there any supplements I can use to achieve this with a diet?

I work out everyday at the gym. But I hate doing cardio I cant do it for more than 30 mins. I would like to know can weights help tone your abs? I would also like to know a work out and diet for getting my chest bulge out right now its flat. (I am a male ;) )

I’ve been working out for a while now and my arms are getting noticeably bigger and I’m getting pecs :) …. but I seem to be having trouble with my abs. I’m started doing sit ups but i heard from my friend that you NEED a diet if you want six packs. Is that true? I’m not overweight, If anything i need to GAIN weight..

im trying to get a six pack and i workout 3 or 4 times a week but there is a small layer of fat over my abs. Can i lose this weight by just dieting or would i have to do cardio as well???
p.s i know its best to diet and do cardio but im just wondering!

I am 5′7” and 125lbs. I work out at the gym religiously 6 days a week. I have been doing kick boxing twice a week as well and yoga then the other days I do the elliptical for an hour and tread mill for half an hour alternating between jogging and sprinting every minute. Im trying to get a six pack by bikini season. Im close but not quite there. My eating habits are pretty good. Any suggestions??

What is the best natural diet to go on if you want six pack abs? I would appreciate if you told me how many meals to eat, what time to eat the meal, and what should be in the meal. I really want a six pack. Don’t ask me why, it’s just one of them things! I’m currently 5ft 9” and 9 stone 10 lb and male. I’m not the most muscular person ever but I do have quite strong abdominal and arm muscles which i know contribute to my weight. My body fat is around 16.5% and i’ve read you need 12% maximum to have a visible six pack. I have a small layer of fat (1 inch) covering my abdominals and about 2 inches on my lower belly (pouch) and I was wondering how long it would take to get from 16.5% to 12%? I have lowered my calories by roughly 1000 aday (2500 to 1500) on a balanced diet. I do 30-60 minutes cardio each day and work my abs every second day as i know it’s easy to overwork them. Does anyone have any idea on how long this will take me? Or any suggestions on where i can improve.

hi, im currently eating correctly for them but in my dailt diet im also taking in over 192 grams of carbohydrates and 22 grams of fat. Im sure the fat levels are okay but is this too much carbohydrates? ive tried aznd tested so many different meals and this is literally the lowest I can get it down to without falling too far from my calorie intake! (im not fat or anything just want to lose a bit of belly fat to get these abs, as I am weight training aswell) thanks for your help

I think it is very hard for a woman to get a huge, muscular upper body without steroids, but I have seen athletic women with abs who did not have the steroid look.

i know you need totaly different diets for each abs require less calories, biceps more. is it possible to train each to the best possible at same time?
if not which is better to do first i assume biceps n the lose the body fat if any, i dont have much.
