Why take either? Just eat less fat and work out with weights!
My answer is no. You are pumping to much drugs into the body. You can give yourself a heart attack. It is not worth your life
I would stay away from the fat burner stuff and do it naturally.
I wouldn’t recommend it because most muscle builders are actually to build mass which you must workout regularly to turn into muscle.
Take the fat burner and workout to turn the fat have into muscle. Then once your tone take the muscle builder to build on an already toned body.
