Can you get 6-pack abs without going to the gym?

If it’s possible, how can you get them if you don’t live near a gym?

Dave02 says:

I was in the same situation and I got great abs and fine muscles using Six Pack Abs

    Yes.
Fastest way is lying back down on the floor and doing sit ups while pulling up your knees to your opposite of your arms. Like when you pull up have your right elbow meet your left knee, and so on 100 times. Then to 200 times a day. Now I’m doing 300 a day and I have the abs to back that up. The faster you go the more you’ll fell the burn, and thats the burn of losing fat. Only took me really 2 months to get results.
But if I stayed on it better it would have been a month easy.

Man just run your asss off. I don’t do that many situps but i have defined abs becuase I run about 3 miles a day.

  • Hagi says:

Do 20-40 sit-ups each day. To make sure your on time make a routine out of it. Wake up at 7 and start doing it. Make sure you drink water.

the two most effective things for me, were get a bar that has so wieght to it not more then say 15lbs., make sure the wieght is equal on both sides and put it on your shoulders while standing up and twist it back and forth. Try not to move you legs or waist concentrate on twisting your stomach, this will define the shit outta your obliques and make your overall stomach look alot more toned. Another one is lay down on a flat bench, but move down on the bench until your butt is handing off and just your back is on the bench then grab some thing behind you that you have to reach out for, then do leg lifts if your doing it right it will stretch out your abs when you go all the way down and it will burn like hell lifting them. It may be hard to find something like that to lay on tho, i have a bowflex ultimate and it works perfect because it you can reach back and grab the lat tower. Hope this helps it toned me up a six pack in less than a month
