Can someone give me pointers on how to get a six pack of abs?
I do 15 min ab workouts every other day with an assorted amount of ab exercises. I drink 3 protein shakes a day and eat healthy. I can get abs if i like lean back or lay down, but they are not visible standing up. What am i doing wrong? What can i do to change this?

! thing you are doing wrong you are not lifting no weights to tone your abs up you have to lift weights with your abs to buid the mucle in your abs up and to tone them and #2 thing you are doing wrong to many protein shakes just mix the ab work outs with some ab lifting with weights and i garentee you will have flat toned abs and mucle
