can some one tell me workouts to get abs but also to gain muscle?

It took me years to get my six pack abs. I was so upset and angry at myself and my body, I tried so many instruments and methods until I found the one that was right for me
i want to get into better shape so i want a six pack but i don’t want to stop at that, i also want to build muscle. so can anyone recommend workouts that would be awesome .workouts for my abs and to get muscle thank you for your help it is greatly appreciated ![]()

You can not "bulk" and "cut" at the same time. Taking in more calories than you burn will add fat and burning more than you take it will reduce it. Thats why bodybuilders cycle cutting and bulking phases. If a layer of fat covers your abs, and you want to see them, a clean diet with cardio (elevated heat rate for 30 – 45 minutes), such as running would be necessary. If you are new to working out, you can "appear" t lose fat and build muscle at the same time by developing muscle tone from lifting. This is where the muscles stay constantly flexed to a certain degree causing them to appear bulkier and more defined. High protein/fiber diets help what you are looking to do.
