can i still get a six pack with protein?

hey by next summer i need to be toned as fuck, so i do abs exercise everyday ,diet but i still dont c result yet so what is the best protein i can buy? and can i still get a six pack with protein?

    Protien drinks come individually, in six, 12, or 24 packs. I’m sure your local health food store can sell it to you in 6 packs, depending on the brand.

    Protein will make no difference.

    The only way to get toned is to do ab exercises.

    you should do crunches everyday to lose some stomach fat and join a gym and go to a store and get a protein drink (not too good though) i didnt like them lol

    No I eat a LOT of protein daily and I have a beer belly, she’s not the six pack your thinking of…..

    belive it or not you can do as many ab exercise everday but you really need to be at least 8% body fat or less to even see your abs. also what can help is intensifying your workout with very little break time and protein only helps to repair your muscles after a intense workout but as long as your body fat is above 8% you will KINDA or will not see any abs.

    of course you should strengthen your abs (and make sure to change up what you are doing) but you can’t just do a ton of crunches and think you will burn fat there, that’s not how it works
    if you want to see definition you need to lose body fat (that means all over)
    you don’t need to lose weight per say, just lose fat and replace with muscle
    when you say diet,,, you need to be on a serious diet
    YOU NEED PROTEIN
    eat it with every meal
    whey protein is good ( you can mix into oatmeal, mix with milk yogurt)
    there is also soy protein that’s good– if u have a whole foods they have a ton don’t be scared of protein its good
    also it’s gonna take like 4 months of diet at the least so just be patient you need to get your body fat percent down more

    You need to exercise more of your abdominal muscles in different ways and also give your body some time to rest in between workouts. In addition, you can’t only work out one part of your body and expect to see results, so when people say they want huge biceps, they can’t just do curls every day and succeed. You should being doing cardio every day and work out a routine for the rest of your body.
    You want to work out muscles in the same day that dont use each other, such as Back & Bi’s, Chest and Tri’s, and Abs & Legs on 3 separate days, so when you repeat your routine those muscles have had 2 days to recover from a focused workout.
