Can i get ABS by running on a Treadmill ?

well my brother bought a Treadmill for the family

and i want to get in shape and not get fat over the summer

today i ran

1.100 distance
26:00 minutes

can i get abs if i run around 30 mins every day until summer ends and will i get abs?

    We all have abs already, but for most of us these are covered by a layer of fat. You can define your abs by running but you will need to actually do abdominal exercises like sit-ups and crunches for the full effect. Running is the most effective exercise in getting rid of the layer of fat covering your abs.

    I wish, that would be cool. You just need to break down and do it that hard way, there are alternatives to situps that will work your abs just effectively but they are just as hard but maybe more comfortable because you don’t have to kill your back.
