can i get abs by doing just sit ups?
if i did a lot of sit ups a day for a long period of time, can i get abs? this is without doing any other exercise.

That depends if you are in shape and fit then by doing lots of sit ups it should define your abs but like most people if you have an extra layer of fat it won’t do anything because you won’t be able to see them over the fat. My suggestion is you should incorporate cardio and other full body exercises and with the right combination you shall have the abs you desire.
