can anyone give me a workout routine to get 6 pack abs?
its the new year and i want to get 6 pack abs but i don’t know what exercises to do so can anyone give me a routine or workout schedule i could follow please and also im quite fit and healthy already so i dont need to be told about eating health becuase i do already. thanks.

Crunch 3 set of 25
Side raise 3 set of 25
Superman stand (On the floor hold for 3 min , do 3 set )
Sit up om the Ball 3 set of 25
Dumbell side raise ( each side 3 set of 25)
you have to be down to at least 8% bf, in order for your abs to show. So if your not at that level…keep exercising and dieting. But if you wanna build up your abs.
1. Weighted crunches (10)
2. Weighted sit ups
3. Weighed side bends
4. Leg extensions (on the dip chair)
5. Leg extensions on bench
……any of these.
