Can a woman who works out get six-pack abs thru diet and exercise alone without steroids?

It took me years to get my six pack abs. I was so upset and angry at myself and my body, I tried so many instruments and methods until I found the one that was right for me
I think it is very hard for a woman to get a huge, muscular upper body without steroids, but I have seen athletic women with abs who did not have the steroid look.

Yes – aboslutely and it doesnt take that much effort. I have managed it on a normaly low-fat, high protein diet and do my ab exercises every day…..and I’m 52! Mind, in fairness I have always had an athletic build and kept fairly fit, but over 40, every year it gets a bit harder. Just keep the body fat BMI index under 22
It is physically posible but very very hard as women naturally have extra fat on their stomach
Yes you can. The only thing is you would have to work hard at getting a huge muscular abdomen, it isn’t something that will come really easily, but it definately can be done. Stay away from steroids, they will mess up your hormone balances.
steroids dont give you abs
Yes its possible to accomplish this with out steroids, in fact you will be much more attractive in my opinion if you don’t use steroids. Women, because of your biological role in child birthing carry more body fat than men. So as you quest to trim your body fat percentage keep in mind that you can become iron deficient, lose your period or get early onset of osteoporosis. None of these are good for your health. The further you take your body the more you will have to be educated on the science of the body.
I wouldn’t mind some better abs..
All I have is a keg! hahhaa jokes.
A woman can get a six pack without doing steroids. She will have to be very lean and symetric as well as following a strict diet and workout plan.
low fat,……….low calorie……………lots of cardio…………..crunches…………….no salt
Yes.
Combine aerobic (cardio) and isometric (non-cardio) exercise.
Aerobic exercise burns calory and fat. Isometric shapes the muscles. Exercise regularly!!!!! At least, 2-3 times a week. You can get there faster by exercising daily, but once a week is never enough.
For the diet, it helps if you consume high protein low fat diet.
