When you’re shirtless, girls prefer abs. But how often are you shirtless? (Stripping in the middle of nowhere, for absolutely no reason, contrary to popular beliefs, turns girls off.)

I would work the shoulders, chest and back. But when you work back you’re usually also working biceps. But those three areas mentioned make you look better in a shirt. Abs make you look better without a shirt (and alot of times when you’re shirtless, it’s probably because you’re ready to have sex, and that means she already thinks youre sexy).

abs have been voted the most attractive muscles because of their rarity… but you can build muscle and lose 1lb a week…. so i would just keep working all around…. and working abs at the same time… get giant abs like me.. :)

  • Twilight? says:

    Both (:

  • Bleak says:

Work them both on a mass gaining diet, when you’re happy with the size of your arms then change to your cutting cycle and enjoy having both.

Also remember don’t just work your biceps or you’ll come across as the standard uneducated gym-tard, your triceps makes up the majority of the size of your upper arm, and good deltoids makes your bi and tri look way more ripped.

  • Rourke says:

Well you need proportion. Don’t only do bicep and abs, you’ll look ridiculous. Also since you’re strength training do some stretches, maintain your range of motion, do u not want to be able to touch your shoulders or toes? Do your forearms, your biceps, your triceps, back, chest, legs, abdominals, shoulders. Everything. There are routines in which the focus can be changed, it’s called a super set. Transitioning one exercise to the next in an instant.
