based on my body right now, how long would it take to get 6 pack abs?

im a girl so i dont want to be ripped but i want to flex and you can see them…

i run cross country and normally do some core workouts after, what would be the most productive type of excercies?

    Well seeing from ur pic it’s difficult to notice how much work u need to do since you took the picture from the side… Honestly what u are doing is excellent to achieve the abs (cross country, core workouts) because the more fat u burn, the less time for the abs to appear. Remeber always to have healthy meals, exercise (basically cardio to burn the fat), and more importantly REST, muscles need this after rigorous workouts to heal, in order for them to grow… for the exercises I recommend:
    1)Running
    2)Stationary Bicycle
    3)Crunches
    4)Roman Chair Sit Ups
    5)Negative Sit
    6)Straight-Leg Raises
    7)Twisting Crunches
    8)Rowing Crunches
    Pay particular attention to 1,3,6,8
