At what body fat percentage should I be to achieve a 6 pack?

I’m a male, 5’4~5’5, 15, and I have 14% body fat.
I’m hoping to achieve a 6 pack this summer since school’s out of the way now.

I was in the same situation and I got great abs and fine muscles using Six Pack Abs

You need a fairly low body fat percentage to get a six pack. You probably have to have no more than 10% body fat. Then you need to strengthen your abdominal muscles. I imagine that you’ll likely not achieve this by the end of summer; try giving it some time.

You are close most males need to be around 10 %. Good luck

    10 % or less

2 – 4 % is essential fat needed to live

5 – 8% is the elite bodybuilding range of fat

6 – 13% is the range of fat for athletes

14% body fat is good not excellent but above the 23.3% body-fat average!

Also consider the size of the abdominal muscles my friend has 14% body fat but his abs are clearly visible because there so well developed so do cable crunches where you can use weight or hold dumbells between your feet for leg raises etc

Also just cut out junk food eat lean protein good fats vegetables and complex carbs drink plenty and try interval running

Lastly fat burning supplements do exist expensive though!
