Are ab crunches an effective way to achieving a flat stomach?

I’m a 19 yr old girl, and I have began doing ab crunches using an ab roller everyday, as I want a flat stomach. I’m wondering is this worth my while? Im doin quite a few a day, and I go for long walks maybe at a min of going for a walk every 5 days a week. If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it!

    sure it is, but you also have to implement cardio into your workout as well. Getting a toned belly is tough, be sure to watch what you eat too
