Any tips on how to get a six pack?
im really bord of those lousy sites that tell you how to get six pack abs, they always tell you lies.
so can you please help me and give me some good tips on how to loss belly fat and finally get my six pack to show up.

In order to get a six pack to show up you have to loose belly fat, but you can also strengthen them to make them more defined. I hear aerobic exercise (running, stretching, yoga .etc) is good for dropping pounds, but I’ve also heard that anaerobic exercise (weight lifting) works even quicker.
Personally, I’ve stopped over eating. You only really need 2000 calories a day, to maintain body weight. So if your looking to drop a few pounds cut back calorie consumption to 1500 calories, and do some normal ab exercises.
By "normal ab exercises" I mean, sit-ups (common sense), bridges (kind of get into the push up position but instead of using your hands to hold you up use your forearms (wrist to elbow) and hold your self up for a minute at a time, while keeping your back straight (if this isn’t clear google "bridge ab workout")), there isn’t anything you can’t work out without a machine.
You may be asking how long do I need to work out, or how many of these should I do. Starting out, start a timer for 8-9 minutes, and work out that entire time switching workouts every minute to minute 30. It doesn’t matter how many you do, it’s just that you work the entire time and give it your all.
The hardest part of this all is getting rid of that last bit of stomach fat that hides your bottom 2 abs, which is crucial in getting a 6 pack.

your six pack won’t show unless you burn the body fat off first…i recommend running 2-3miles a day on a treadmill or elliptcal and a high intensity, swimming is also a great way to burn body fat.
Of course watch your diet. Include fruit, protein, whole grains, and foods that are not processed.
