Any Tips on getting a 4 or 6 pack please?

It took me years to get my six pack abs. I was so upset and angry at myself and my body, I tried so many instruments and methods until I found the one that was right for me
Hi im 14 and want to get either a 6 or 4 pack, instead of everyone just saying do loads of sits ups can someone maybe reccomend how many i should be doing + any tips besides sit ups would be good as well.

You’ll need to do around 45-60 minutes of cardio every other day (if possible), and weight train every other day as well.
I’d suggest doing around 100-200 crunches daily, as well as weight lifting for around 25-45 minutes when you’re on your weight training day.
exersice like youve never exersiced before
Yes darling, wait until you are 18 then just go down to the supermarket with some money and buy as many 6 packs as you want. Be good now, XX
it depends on what your drinking.four packs are cheaper than six packs usually.
Wait 4 years then go down the off licence. I’d suggets a 6 pack (better value for money)
lots of running ,swimming using front crawl, and pull ups.
low-card,high protein diet as well.
Good luck!!
I’m not sure how developed you are physically seeing as you’re 14 (not trying to put you down). How much fat do you have covering your torso? All the exercise in the world won’t give you a six pack (8 technically) if you have a layer of fat over your abs. If that is not an issue then i suggest doing sit ups (3 seconds up – pause – 3 seconds down) for 3 sets of 30. When this becomes too easy hold a weight behind your head or across your chest. For the lower abs do lying leg raises. Keep your legs straight and lift them perpendicular to your body using your lower abs and hip flexors. Again, when you can easily complete 3 sets of 30 it’s time to place a weight between your feet. Adding some side to side twists in both exercises will also help develop your obliques (sides of your abs). Good luck training mate!
Firstly, I think you should work out your whole body not just your abs but as for abs I think you need to mix it up a bit- you need to hit your abs from diffrent angles with diffrent resistances because if you always do the same exercises your body will get used to the strain and stop developing.
You need to work your abs atleast 4 times per week, if not more, the abs are not like the other muscle groups as in, they don’t need alot of rest to develop- its very difficult to over train them.
The abs are split into 3 sections: the uper abdominal, the lower abdominal and oblique abdominals, every time you work your abs you need to do a separate exercise to target each section.
I wish I had time to break down what exercises do what, but take a look at the vids here
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.php?MainMuscle=Abdominals
for ideas, also I recomend that you purchase "mensfitness just workouts" anual magazine (you can probably get it at wh smiths or online), this years has over 100 ab exercises broken down into the categories I just mentioned.
For your abs to be visible you need to have less than 12% body fat, so cut out the simple carbs like white bread, cake, soft drinks etc and eat complexed carbs instead like whilegrain bread and pasta.
There are so many more stomach exercises than sit ups to do. Visit my blog at the bottom and go to the exercise ab section. There you will find 8 of my favourite ab exercises with detailed instructions on how to do them, why and a video showing you correct technique.
It would be unwise of me not to mention that doing weights before you are 18 is unwise but these exercises are body weight resistance only and are safe for any age to do. In fact by building a strong stomach muscle or core muscles you give yourself a greater chance of avoiding any future back pain.
I hope this helps and good luck!
