We have always used Anchor bar sauce for our wings. We think this is the best sauce around.

Conditioning doesn’t have much to do with his breathing hard. . You could be conditioned like a runner and still breathe hard in an anaerobic exercise because of the lactic acid buildup in the muscles which the body must release through breathing. Conditioning may help but all in all it’s body chemistry.

@zaleael Ok dude, i’m 16 and I way more than 140 and I’m not fat lol I’m quite big I play rugby and workout like everyday you should way more than that or you are so under weight :/

I have a 8 pac, and i run everyday, do pullups, kicks, flips…, pushups, handstand pushups, leg lifts… i find that running and swimming really engages ur core, i used to be fat weigh alot… now i weigh about 140 prob a lil more been a while sense i checked, and im 21… so if u do cardio instead of focusing on building to much do alot of cardio, for endurance, itll not only make u feel better ull look better. keep going and going and learn to breath.
