Am I Fat? and how do you get flat abs or maybe a light six pack?

i am 14 years old
i am 5’4 or 5’5
i am 120 pounds

i also want to get down to 110 or i just want flat abs and maybe a sixpack! (help if you know how to do that)
i have a little bit of a belly i want to get ready. and i’m not into any pills or ‘amazing’ things i have to order. I would really like a flat belly in less than 2 weeks!

5’5 and 120 pounds sounds perfect.

If you have never done any sports or don’t exercises much, then you may not have a very toned body which is what you seem to want. To do this, you need to do weight training and cardio, but I would suggest you go see your gym teacher for this because weight lifting can be dangerous at your ages.

Do not focus on your weight, because that 110 pounds could be all fat and no muscle and that 120 pounds could be more muscle. For the sixpack, you need to lose fat and to do that cardio will help. Do not diet, eat balanced food (carbs/protein/fat) and excercise more.

that is a good weight. not even close to fat. to get a six pack just get a workout routine that you can do daily that include crunches, sit ups etc. it doesnt happen over night though.

start doing 50 crunches a day (maybe more than that) and eat less than 2000 calories a day.

Lie on your back with your legs extended. Raise your feet 6 inches off the floor and hold for a count of 20. put them back down on the floor and repeat til you can’t do it any more. The first few days will be difficult and your abs will be very sore, but it works. Also you can do inverted crunches or sit ups. The objective of this technique is to extend back as far as you can to give you a larger range of motion. The ab lounger ($100 at Bed Bath and Beyond) is a great example of this exercise. I am 5’5" and 130lbs. When I started these exercises, I had a little "fluff" around the middle. Within 2 months you could see my six pack.
