What i would do is ask a sports trainer.There is one at this site who answers questions like yours.I would post your question to them since they work with people everyday on diet and exercises.Good luck.

Crunches and leg lifts are the best for strengthing. However if you have any fat on your belly you will need to eat clean and healthy to lose the fat.

8 min abs
Okay well first you need to be pretty light, because everyone has abs they are just covered by a layer of fat. Once you have done that to make your abs visible start with like 30 situps a day for a week, if that all you can do. then move up to 50 situps a day. then when you can do like 40 in a min move up to 75 in 2 min. also pilates ab workuot work great, i started doing them when i could do 40 situps in a min and after a couple sessions when i tightened my abs i could see a just visible 4 pack and i can feel strong abs on my stomach now
