6 Pack Abs Plan. Question?
I am going to attempt to get a six pack.( I am 13 nearly 14)
I have already started and this is what I am doing. the what I plan to do.
Doing already -
20 – 30 minutes Weights, crunches and sit-ups (every other day)
40 minutes walking / 20 minutes cycling (5 days a week)
Eating 2 meals a day (That is convenient to me, not part of a diet plan)
AS WELL AS… (In the Week) –
2 Hours sports
What I plan to do -
45 – 60 Minutes Weights, crunches, sit ups, and chin ups (every other day)
40 minutes walking / 20 minutes cycling (5 days a week)
2 Medium Meals, High in protein, low in fat (every day)
AS WELL AS (In the week) –
2 Hours sports
1 – 2 Hours swimming
1 Hour running
My Question is….
Do you think this is enough? What else should I do?
Can you recommend any meals high in protein?
Any Advice and Tips are welcome?

By the way, I am 5" (I know short for my age but whatever) and 6 Stone 10, and only have a bit of fat on my stomach.
I can feel the hard muscle underneath when I tense. But how do i get that visible? and more defined
Im Vegetarian BTW. And I do have social time.

The big three when it comes to protein are:
Chicken
Nuts
Fish
Youll also want to get your body fat down to around 10 percent, less if possible but dont make yourself ill lol.
Best site ive found, even though it is already widely known is mens health. Get on the forum, best place for training, diets and loads more.
