I’m thirteen, and I have this little fat pouch on the bottom of my stomach that’s very annoying. It’s not terrible, and I know it’ll be gone once I start swimming in the fall, but right now swimming isn’t an option. I eat pretty much healthy (not super healthy, but I have a good diet for a teen) and I go on the elliptical for thirty minutes a day, but I’m seeing nothing. I want this belly fat substantially eliminated by a month (it doesn’t need to be all of it, and no, my abs don’t need to be firm, my stomach just needs to be flat).
Also, I’m lazy, so a non-complicated plan would be preferred.

I’m curious and no where I seem to look has any source of an answer, but do you think it’s possible to loose belly fat just by sweating? Not doing exercises or anything, but just being under a blanket when it’s warm, and not eating too much junk food during the day. If you keep this as a cretin routine do you think it would burn belly fat? I’m going to put it to the test but I’d still like to see what you think of it.

I suppose if I did use it, albeit the higher fat content is often misunderstood being its a different type of fat, I would drink it more as a straight mrp, without adding much as to not make calories any higher.
Whereas currently I have a powder with only 90 cals. Which I add stuff too to make a mrp which raised calories. I suppose MLL would not require the additives.

I am 13 years old. I weigh 155 pounds which i think is 60-75 kg but I’m not positive. I have noticeable hips. I Wear 32inch waist Levi jeans which are loose fit (the ones with the tannish tag that have the red picture and label on them). They still feel kind of tight. I’m 5′5" tall. I have a fat stomach but not extremely fat. When I sit in this computer chair for a while there are red marks on my stomach from fat rubbing together. I really rather not purchase any workout items because I heard they’re all bs ripoffs but if there are any that are worth buying than I might buy it. Also I have very fat thighs(quadrocepts) and calfs. I could use any help on how to lose fat on those areas too. My primary goal is to lose fat. My Secondary goal is to noticeably gain muscle. I started jogging on a tredmill for 25 minutes every day as well as eating foods with high amounts of protein and drinking lots of water and milk. I have also been lifting weights and doing stomach excersizes every other day. I have already noticed improvements in my arm muscles but not yet my abs. I’ve been working on getting a flatter toned tummy but nothing seems to work. I run (try to do around 20 miles a week) and used to go to the gym, which never helped much. I exercise 6 days a week in gym and run for 10 mins everyday, and walk 20 mins. My physique is improving but cant seem to get rid of belly fat. I am not diabetic but I might be heading there based on how much my sugar swings. Has anybody in this type of situation been able to knock off that darn pad of belly fat? Last year at this time I was 12 lbs lighter.
I don’t eat that much but my sugar goes up to the 130s and then crashes to the 80s and I’m guessing this is causing my fat to build up and not go away.
This seems to be simply from avoiding meat and eating fruit or honey and low-fat ice cream at times. I hardly eat any fat. But I’m getting fat anyway.
I eat whole-grain, low-carb, low-fat bread only and eat low-carb, low-sugar oatmeal and don’t drink sodas. I’m careful.
What am I doing wrong? Something, apparently, b/c it’s all being stored as fat. And my sugar should not go that high.

I’m not asking how I would get one.. I already have a six pack but I never tried for one or wanted one. Seriously. I used to walk to work before I got a new car but even then it was just a 30minute walk every other day. I follow a high-protein, moderate carb diet, drink lots of water. I work out 4 days a week with weights and do 30 minutes of cardio, but have a really hard time gaining muscle. After years of being slightly underweight, I’ve finally put on 20 lbs. Unfortunately, I earned the extra weight through a steady collegiate diet of beer and pizza. I’ve never had breasts before (they’re now a B) but I love them, as well as my new hips.
It’s just that I can’t STAND my "beer belly". I’ve cut down dramatically on drinking and fast food, but I think I’ll need more than just a diet change to get rid of the belly fat.
I’ve heard that spot training doesn’t really work, but does anyone know if there is some way to lose belly fat without losing my new curves?
