I only have like 2 weeks to lose my belly fat. I’m not a cow or anything it’s only the normal little fat stored around my lower belly like normally women get. I need a QUICK way to lose the belly fat and tone up. Any tips? Please I really need this it is more important to me than you know.! I want this so bad I don’t care if it unhealthy, I can’t spend any money so don’t tell me to go out and buy some product that probley don’t work. All I have to work with is 2 5 pound weights, resistance band, treadmill(Which hasn’t worked on me so far), and a yoga ball. PLEASE HELP ME! SEROUS ANSWER ONLY!

Is there a way to get six pack abs really fast by next year without buying gym equipment or memberships?I have a treadmill but that’s it.

I do about 100 sit ups per night, including twisting ones for my sides and ones where I lift my legs and bum off the floor aswell as normal ones but I build muscle quite easily and now my tumy is sticking out in a kind of 6 pack! i’m a woman so it dosen’t look that great, i just wanted a flat stomach, how do I do it?

This is mainly for my husband who has a keg for a belly. He wants to get into better shape, but doesn’t quite know how. I have tried to help him with running, walking and eating better, but he seems to keep "letting go" if you will. I have been weight lifting for almost 2 years now and am wondering how long of a break I can take before I would begin to lose strength and mass? I am asking this question because school is coming to and end and finals are consuming my life. I know that it takes much longer to gain muscle than it does to lose it but if anyone can speak from personal experience I would appreciate it.

Ok i have a little brother whose says that he wants to be a body builder and i’m 19 and hes 16 so he was thinking that i was a body builder because i’m so strong for a girl anyway, but i told him that he has to do a lot of heavy lifting with dumbells or something heavy that involves weights. But he wants to know like how heavy the dumbells have to be like a 8 pound to build muscle so i’m not sure? Or how heavy does it have to be to start out anyway? Im 16 years old. i am about 6 foot 165lbs. i am on an extremely healthy diet. I know that spot reduction is bologna, bogus. I do cardio such as jump rope ,running, and bicycle riding everyday. I lift weights often. I do crunches(proper form) about twice a week. I am very athletic and get about 2 hours a day of exercise. i know the key to getting six pack abs is to lose over body fat, but i am in an ideal weight. I have muscle pain on my left side right below the ribs, behind the obliques. I dont know if its muscle scar tissue for sure, but physiotherapy has helped but after recently pushing the intensity again on the abs, it started to sting. How to get rid of this problem, and how to pinpoint exactly what it is, any medical scan like an x-ray for muscles?
I always stretch but somehow i tore a muscle or something while working out probably a bench press, it happened a while back.

I try to start a crunch or sit up. I can’t even get into position! I try to do one crunch, and my head and chest go up, but the other parts of me stay down…and my legs are propped up. I’ve tried this on my bed, and that’s when I atleast go that far up. On the floor with my legs under a table, only my head makes it off the floor. Summer is near, and the perfect thing to go with it is a strong, six-pack stomach.
Im male, 17. Im starting a 90% vegan diet (%10 meat,fish,chicken) and drinking water ONLY. No junk food, fast food, soft drinks, or excess fats or sugars.
Im going to the gym 1 hour (sometimes 1.5), 5 times a week (Mon.-Fri.). I do everything from spinning, weightlifting, abs & push-ups, etc.
Im also planning to run from 30 min. to 1 hour every morning before breakfast.
If i follow this routine, aprox. how long woill it take me to see results (see a six-pack)?

for some reason icant get a six pack. my diet is great so all ineed is a BETTER routine
my routine is:
-weighted crunches (100)
-elbow to knees(twisted crunches) (50)
-ankle touches (50)
-planks (1 min)
-side planks (1 min each arm)
then i repeat each

what is a more intense routine that will help?

I have begun riding a stationary bike for ten or more miles a day. i am 13, 5′11 and 121lbs so i have to have a fast metabolism because i dont have an ounce of fat on me so i figure it would be easy to get abs.

I’m 3 months and only got a slight bump but after I do a aerobics class I still do the abdominal workout… the instructor know I’m pregnant but hasn’t said anything to say I should stop.

I am running a bit and i now have a medince ball (5kg) which i use at home.

I am 13 years of age and over the last what, 3-4 days have been trying to achieve those dream abs! I do plenty of cardio everyday – badminton/jogging/boxing, and also do 100 normal and reverse crunches along with lot’s of bicycle and leg lifts. I am on quite a strict healthy diet, eating plenty of fruit/veg/cerial and drinking lot’s of water.

I am trying to achieve the 6 pack before the 19th, which gives me 19 days from now before I go on holiday.

The below pictures are of what I have achieved over the past 3-4 days of trying.

Something that’s had me wondering: When lying down and by lifting my neck up just the slightest I get that dream six pack, literally, but when I tense while standing up I can only achieve a 4 pack and if I’m lucky, the outline of a six pack. I’m wondering if I am tensing wrongly, if someone could describe the exact way to tense properly that would be greatly appreciated!

Estimations on how long it will take me following this routine and of course, more suggestions to improve my workout would also be great!

I’m 15 and my stomach is kind of hard. How can i get a six pack in around 3 weeks. details would be nice like how many crunches a day or sit ups. anything. and how can i condition my arms really well. how many pushups should i do a day?
oh yeah. i forgot i have literally almost no body fat. i look like a twig. so i don’t think it losing fat. i think i might need to bulk up.

I was eating pretty healthy for like a week or so but then today today I ate chicken nuggets with a frozen coffee drink and I had a banana shake and 3 slices of pizza two chocolate chip cookies (small ones) and then two small packs of bluebell ice cream. BUT did have 2 basketball games today. Did today mess up my hope to getting six pack abs before the school yr or do I still have a shot at it?

Im 18 and have always felt insecure about my stomach fat im about 5ft 5 and about 10 and half stone and when i sit down my tummy has rolls or well one big fat roll and 1 roll under my bra its really horrible and im not exaggerating it is really bad even when i stand up you can see that it is fat round there. I eat more or less healthly i have a healthy meal at dinner but mums cooking is lovely and i always have more than 1 portion sometimes 3 if there was a roast dinner. I dont think im fat but i just hate my stomach its fat everywhere else is fine im happy with i am a curvy girl but i dont mind being curvy but i do want to lose a bit of weight and deffinetly lose the tummy. Ive been trying to do situps i can only do about 10 but will this help i heard that theres no point in doing situps until youve lost the tummy fat is this right? Also what foods do i need to cut out to get rid of the tummy rolls i dont really eat much in the day so i dont understand what im doing wrong. Im planning on doing the special k diet for breakfast and lunch and then having a normal meal in the evening but what should i not be eating? I excercise about once a week! But also when it comes to weekends i just breakout and i suffer with alot of stress so when i feeling down i have comfort food which is really bad but i dont know how to get over this any ideas? What are some that you can do at home and/or work? I went to menshealthfitness and other sites, but i tried what they said, but it is not working out for me. what are some ab exercises you do? also, what are some ab exercises that you reccommend for me that leave your abs feeling as though you would rather jump into a volcano?

How long did it take you to get them, and what was your work-out routine?

I really want to strengthen my abs. Can I do ab workouts in bed where the cushioning is much better than on the ground? Will this make my exercises less effective? They sort of feel less effective because I get little resistance from my bed. Please help!

I usually work out and hr to an hr and a half 4 days a week. Right now I’m at 175lbs and about 5′9. I want to be at 10% body fat or lower to get that sculpted definition. I believe im around 14-16% right now.

i think im quite near getting a six pack because when i tense i can see all the 6 abs i just have some flab(not much flab just when i slouch down it sticks out) there so i cant see it.
about 6 days a week i do a 30 minute run at fast speed on tredmill. im going to cut out all chocolate out my diet and eat more protein and fruit. how long would it take so the abs show all the time when im standing up or doing anything..? i also do lots of weight training.

I know I have to lose fat to gain a six-pack, I’ve already got a vertical line but no official abs coming through… Right now Im doing like 4 sets of 60 reps on 20 kg but its not doing that much…

I go to the gym three times a week and i do 2 1/2hrs training of Aikido a week. i have given up smoking, i eat fruit and veg, i dont eat crisps or chocolate. i cycle two miles everyday (Mon – Fri) i just do not seem to be able to lose the tummy fat.

Just wanted to know since a friend of mine who is nearly 51 wants to suddenly undertake a regime of going to the gym three times a week to gain the body beautiful (muscles and a 6 pack) when he never had such a physique before. Just wondered about the risks involved.
Well he found running a little bit difficult and that was something he was used to do when he was younger. He recently took running up again and would go for a run nearly every other day. However, he found it hard, which is one of the reasons for my concern. But he won’t listen until I present him with information from other people.

1 – 2 Hours swimming

My Question is….
Do you think this is enough? What else should I do?
