Hi all!!!
Im on a mission to become a fit machine!!!! About a month ago i was 14 st 2 lbs, now im 12 st 11 lbs. This is through going to the gym about 3 times a week and losing 1000 calories each time on a treadmill. My stomach doesnt seem to be any slimmer though and its getting on my nerves. Something is working as ive lost all that weight quite fast, but will the same method of exercise eventually lose me my belly!!!

Ok so im getting ready for summer..that is coming VERY quickly…and wanted to lose my stomach fat…im already doing 200 sit-ups every night but i wanted to know if there is anything that i can do to help me lose fat from that area faster..if anybody has any suggestions i would really appreciate it..Thank you SO much!

Ive been doing crunches and leg lifts for allmost 3 weeks now and it is really starting to show. Would it be worth going for six pack abs. I havent lost alot of weight Im still around 228. If it is worth it why would it and what are some advantages of having a six pack? I feel I can easily accomplish this.

I've been working out extensively and seeing the results very quickly. However, I'm not seeing the results on my abs at all. I'm not even feeling a burn on my abs and I've been doing 5-8 sets/20 reps of crunches. Other than crunches what rigorous workout can I do to workout my abs? Noting that I've gone through 2 pregnancies and C-section, I'm sure this is playing a huge role on not feeling the effects of my ab workouts. THANKS!

Right now i am exercising my abs 15 mins in the morning, 15 in the afternoon and in the evening for 10 mins. All of these before eating apart from the evening one. I do this every day,

Is it good? Or should i train every other day? Which is best to get lowered amount of body fat and get 6 pack?

OK so, I have a flat belly and if i flex my stomach muscles i can see a four pack but otherwise it just looks flat. How do I get a six pack fast and does my four pack when i flex mean that i am already getting results from my crunches?

hey people i want a nice six pack but i am too confused on how to get one i am not fat skinny medium build and have no flab on my abs so i was wondering on how to get a ripped six pack without going to gym because it is expensive and buying no equipment.
And is there any food diet that you have to have to get a six pack like special drinks milkshakes and food.
