15, weighs 122 pounds (or more) and wants to get abs.?
Okay I know I am only 15 and shouldn’t be worrying about this type of stuff but I was thinking and for my 15th birthday I got my hair done. I have low self esteem but ever since I changed my hair I felt better about myself. I know I can lose weight if I try. No im not like those girls who think they are fat when they really have like nothing there. I may not be "fat" but for my age I am overweight. I have not wore a bathing suit since I was 10 since I have such low self esteem. I know if I take this one step at a time I can lose weight. Most likely not abs but to where I would be comfortable wearing a bathing suit. A bikini. I don’t even own a bathing suit. I just need tips and advice and learn how to stop eating too much junk or just too much food in a day in general and how to lose the weight. What kind of gym equipment I should use and what for how long every day. Please help. I will appreciate it very much and please no rude comments I tried to make this as reasonable as I could. Thank you to everyone that tries to help me. = )

well portion control and will power is key. just reach for fruit instead of chips, water rather than soda, you get the idea. exercise too. maybe start out jogging a mile, do core workouts, that kind of thing. depending on your height you may not have that much to lose but good luck!
