Getting your own 6 pack abs fast is pretty easy. Its mostly about the right diet and the right exercises. Here are a few tips that will help out:
1) Eat small meals – the best is to eat 6 meals during your day. Diets that make you stay hungry because you have to count your daily calories will just cause you damage in the long run. Eating 6 times a day will help you keep your metabolism in a good pace. Try to set yourself an eating schedule like this one:
8 a.m. BREAKFAST
11 a.m. SNACK
1 p.m. LUNCH
4 p.m. SNACK
6 p.m. DINNER
9 p.m. SNACK
2) Choose foods with a lot of fiber. That way you can skip the colon cleansing pills and their kind and you’ll feel full. Like they thought you in school: whole grains, brown rice and a lot of vegetables.
3) Stop consuming sodium which makes your stomach bloat. Foods like chips, popcorn and other salty foods are something good to stay away from.
4) Drink a lot of water, less alcohol and Coke which bloating your stomach as well.
5) Dont buy any health food you see most of them are pure garbage.
6) Dont buy all those extreme fat burner pills – you dont need those and you can find better things to waste your money on.
7) Dont buy all those abs gadgets that will break after 2 weeks and would just waste your time. Do real workouts and this is what I’ll be talking about next:
The first rule is to remember that you need to build muscle and you need to enjoy it other wise you’ll get bored of it after 1 week, make yourself do another week and in the end you’ll find an excuse to quit. Here is a great exercises list to choose from:
1) Crunches are the best and you can do it anywhere and anytime.
2) Sit Ups are also a great exercise.
3) Leg Lifts are another one to consider.
4) Jackknife Sit Ups are harder but worth the effort.
6) V-ups are another good one to do especially in the morning.

The next focus is your exercise routine. You need to exercise at a bare minimum of 3 times a week. Diversify your abdominal exercises. There are millions of them and here are the main ones

- Knee raises
- sit ups
- Jack knife sit ups
- V ups
- Static hold position
- Exercises for Oblique muscles
Do it every day. You have to do it every single day so that your body gets used to train your muscles. It has to become a routine.
Interval training and compound exercises are much more effective as they burn fat fast and can help you lose abdominal fat easily
